Erich Fritz is Manager of Power Generation Business Development at Dominion Energy. He is responsible for leading the development of utility-scale solar and advanced nuclear generation within the Commonwealth of Virginia. This includes leading site evaluation, development, key commercial arrangements, supporting long-term planning, and evaluating project financials.

Prior to his current role, Erich led efforts in renewable project acquisitions, corporate renewable power purchase agreements origination, and developing renewable energy projects for both the regulated utility in Virginia as well as the company’s non-regulated affiliated. He started with the company in the nuclear fuels group concentrating on nuclear safety analysis engineering.

A native of Virginia, Erich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear engineering from Penn State University in 2010.
