Elizabeth Marshall is the senior program manager of the Virginia Solar Initiative at the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia. In this role she provides solar policy research, resources, data, and technical assistance to local governments, regional organizations, and state policymakers. Elizabeth is a 2022 Fellow of the Virginia Natural Resources Leadership Institute and holds a Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a Specialization in Design Thinking and Innovation from the Darden School of Business.
